I paid for a survey over 3 weeks ago, for which apparently the report was ready a week later. Since then I have chased repeatedly to have the survey sent over, but nobody can tell me why it’s not being done. It’s always ‘another team’ who can deal with it that I cannot speak to. Great for someone like me with brain tumours and gets confused easily No big words or confusing info. He also sent me an email containing everything we had discussed. He helped me get the right product at the right price He was even still helpful when I was in the next stage , he gave me a direct link for someone else to help me. Thank you. 5A*s Kirsty in customer care, lovely , polite and again very informative as I had to reschedule. No huffing or puffing, just re booked. Thank you. Lois customer care : I had to check all was still going ahead and where the keys could be collected from, again nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. The surveyor messaged/called me the day before and we went through a few things and put me at ease. On the whole a very professional team and I would highly recommend countrywide and its all its staff They all have scored 10/10 My first port of call, Julian 11 out of 10 because had he not been so brilliant I might have gone elsewhere, perish the thought. Keep doing what your doing you are awesome! Tyler customer care: rebooked me again, very sympathetic to what had happened and went through and checked all details again, whilst I was still panicking. Thank you. David was fantastic, 5a*s keyholder could not be reached and David was very understanding of the situation and put my mind at ease and tried to work out another time there and then arranged for his booking to team to contact. Thank you I can not fault this team / company they may be large but no lack of customer service here! 110% above the rest. Day of the survey David picked keys up from my daughter who lives near the property. She said he was lovely, very polite and he returned the keys in the same fashion. Credit to his company. Now we wait for the report and act on it if needs be. But so far am very satisfied with the customer service nothing is too much trouble. This feedback is wrote as it happens as easier for me to express the fabulous service from each individual. How’s that for next day service, my survey report is in my inbox very clear and precise even a lil box what to send to your solicitor to chase box. Summary: I have health limitations which makes simple thing’s confusing ( brain tumours) But each and everyone of you I spoke to or had dealing with made it manageable and less stressy I will and have already told friends and family what sort of company you are, one that helps the individual and although important does not put profit first. Even though I said I was getting one from the previous buyer , I was told twice " but if the damp and mold return , you will carry all of that cost. I asked what damp? What mold ? As if he knew something I didn't. Trying to scare me into buying a survey. I'm quite annoyed how he got my number too, but this I will take up with the mortgage broker. I have a full survey. Why would I want to pay for another one. That's what I told him.. So, he said , "well, I'm closing your file now , so if there is any problems with the mold and damp returning , then you will bare that cost" Does he know something I don't?? Cold calling me .
