In Association with Hntr: Free Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:

1. The associated Prize Draw is being conducted by Countrywide Home Surveys, a trading name of Countrywide Surveyors Limited, Registered in England Number 01954031. Registered Office: 2nd Floor Boundary House, 4 County Place, Chelmsford, United Kingdom, CM2 0RE (“Countrywide”).
2. The Questionnaire shall be open from 01/03/2026 (the “Start Date”) to midnight 15/03/2026 (the “End Date”)
3. The Prize Draw is available to anyone who is aged 18 years or older (proof of age and identity may be required), who has an offer accepted on a property they are buying, is buying a property that is suitable for a Residential Level 2 Survey, and who contacts Countrywide Home Surveys via the Hntr App between the 01/03/2026 and 15/03/2026. No booking or payment is required and there will be one entry per contact via the Hntr app (an “Eligible Customer”).
4. If you are an Eligible Customer, all email addresses will be entered into the Prize Draw and one email address will be picked at random as the winner. There is one entry per email address.
5. Once an email address has been picked at random this person will be contacted to confirm they are the winner of the free Residential Level 2 Survey, and this confirmation will be sent to them electronically by email. The confirmation will also include contact details of who to contact to claim the prize. The winner must reply to the email within 10 working days to confirm they accept the prize and failure to do so will mean another winner will be picked at random from the rest of the eligible customers. The free Residential Level 2 Survey can be claimed up to 9 months from the date of the winning confirmation email being sent to the winner. To clarify this prize is for one free Residential Level 2 Survey.
6. Any benefit associated with the Prize Draw is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash (whether in part or whole). For the avoidance of doubt, the cash value of the Prize Draw is NIL.
7. By taking part in this Prize Draw, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Countrywide reserves the right to refuse entry into the Prize Draw to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Countrywide will only process your personal information fairly and lawfully and in accordance with the principles of all applicable UK data protection legislation and their privacy policy which can be accessed at https://www.countrywide.co.uk/notices/PrivacyNotice.pdf
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute or claim that arises.
10. Countrywide reserves the right to amend, cancel, suspend, or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time without notice where it is necessary to do so.
